An Atlas program in Italy allows travelers to challenge our own perceptions and allows exploration to give us deeper insights into Italy’s identity as well as our own perceptions. Studying the lifestyle of different regions and more rural areas asks us to think critically about the way we eat. And in smaller cities and villages we can also learn about community health, identity, and the connections between cultural traditions and the natural environment.
